Amid shifting market trends and intensifying rivalry, the task at hand was to revolutionize the QSR journey digitally in the MENA region. Our objective targeted amplifying comfort and customization for KFC patrons, reinventing their dining encounter.
Outcome
The KFC Super Apps redefined the game, clinching the esteemed Digital Disruptor Award. Known worldwide as the supreme QSR app for UI, CX, and CR, it delineated a standard for Yum Brands globally, transforming the industry terrain and completely revamping customer involvement.
